Green Materials and Manufacturing:

This event is aimed to provide hands-on training on various aspects of green materials & manufacturing. The targeted participants are PG & PhD students primarily from universities, colleges, private academic institutions, and newly established institutes. The participants will have the experience in handling high-end scientific instruments and develop the research skill in the area of materials and manufacturing. The training on high-end equipment namely multijet 3D printer & 3D scanner, industrial-scale 3D printer based on Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) and Continuous Filament Fabrication (CFF), injection moulding machine, micro-machining centre for micro-drilling, micro-milling, micro-turning, micro-electrical discharge machining, and micro-electrical discharge grinding operations, die sinking electrical discharge machine, wire electrical-discharge machine, ultrasonic non-destructive testing, and mechanical testing of green materials. Moreover, the participant will have an insight into the latest developments in materials and manufacturing methods. The participant will also have an opportunity to interact with the field experts from IITs & NITs. The resource persons from IITs, NITs, Foreign Universities, etc.  shall deliver expert lectures.
